India’s largest Mobile Service Provider required processing of over 6 Million documents within a short span of time. The documents included
Customer Application and other associated documents. iSolve offered to complete the Verification, Scanning, Indexing and upload the
documents as per the requirements. With the help of Prepaid Workflow Software that was developed in house, iSolve was able to track the
Forms that were activated and scanned which helped the telecom service provider to ensure that there were no gaps between Activated numbers and customer
documents scanned.
One of the Top 3 telecom Service providers in India wanted iSolve to support a huge migration activity comprising of data extraction,
data formatting and data uploading for around 5.5 Million Customers. The challenge was to complete this activity in 30 Days. iSolve
with their strong process and technological knowhow, developed a software tool that helped deliver as per customer’s expectation.
