The documents included Customer Application and other associated documents. iSolve offered to complete the Verification, Scanning, Indexing and upload the documents as per the requirements. With the help of Prepaid Workflow Software that was developed in house, iSolve was able to track the Forms that were activated and scanned which helped the telecom service provider to ensure that there were no gaps between Activated numbers and customer documents scanned.
